Listen to our latest struggle episode.

Hi Frahnd!👋🏽👋🏽

“Thirty, Flirty, & Trying” is hosted by NoLo, a badass Multi-Passionate Generalist and mom of 3 (if you count her 2 dogs) still trying to find herself, and Chris, an awkward Creative with too many hobbies and a really loud laugh.

Join us as we share how we’re healing the ugly sh*t inside and discuss the transitions that come with being in our 30s as millennials.

Season 1

struggling w/ourselves

The struggle is really f*cking real. We’re thirty, we’re not doing what we thought we’d do, and we’re tired of always feeling drained and uninspired. Unfortunately, taking back the reins of our lives starts with looking in and figuring out wtf is going on.

In our first season we talk about issues eating away at us internally like body dysmorphia, corporate burnout, childhood traumas, aging gracefully, and more. Join us as we share how we’re healing the ugly sh*t inside and discuss the transitions that come with being in our 30s as millennials.

Season 2

struggling w/others

Relationships, whether platonic, romantic, familial, or otherwise, take time and patience to cultivate but honestly, ain't nobody got the mental bandwidth for that😔 Juggling time and energy to love on our friends, partners, and family can feel overwhelming and almost impossible when we’re overworked and exhausted. Our social lives feel out of control, our friendships are on the decline, and we’re not always our best selves w/those we cherish.

Wanting healthy relationships is one thing, but how tf do you actually grow them?

Listen to us yap about relationship hurdles, how we’re also the problem, and the ways we’re shifting our perspectives to salvage our relationships in Season 2: Struggling w/Others.
